We ship worldwide to all major destinations. Orders will be processed and shipped from the United Kingdom, using DPD, Fedex, UPS or DHL Express. All gowns are made to order so please allow up to 2 months for production. Your dress will come beautifully packaged in one of our wedding dress bags. We will use a signed for service so please make sure there is someone available to sign for your package. All gowns are made to order, therefore we operate a strict No Refund & No Exchange policy unless there are defects or damage to the gown. (The gown is clearly not as described or The gown is faulty and unrepairable). To avoid this your gown will be extensively inspected and recorded before shipping to ensure there are no defects or damage. Once you have found your dream wedding gown from our collection, please refer to the size guide below before ordering. If you would prefer to have the dress made to your measurements, this can be done by choosing the 'Custom Size' option and sending your measurements to us using the 'Notes' box at checkout. You can find instructions on taking your measurements below.
Custom Orders: will be made according to the measurements you send. We can not be held liable for any measuring mistakes you make. There is a 48 hour cancellation period, any changes should be made within this time. After this period, we will begin crafting your dress. There is a strict Refund & Exchange Policy so please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before you purchase.
